Refund Policy

At Number One Luxury Yacht, all bookings are treated as confirmed commitments, and the following policy strictly applies:

1.  Cancellation by Client

• More than 72 hours before booking: Deposit is strictly non-refundable; one-time rescheduling may be considered.
• Within 72 hours: 100% non-
• Same-day cancellation / No-show: 100% non-

2.  Time Calculation Clause

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled booking start
• Time is calculated based on the exact booking start time, not the booking

3.  Special Events / Peak Dates

• All bookings during peak dates are strictly non-refundable and non-

• Full refund OR rescheduling will be offered if yacht becomes unavailable or severe weather

5.  Refund Processing

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment
