1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be completed prior to the scheduled charter time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change based on season, demand, special events, and availability.
2. Strict Booking Confirmation Policy
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a written confirmation issued by us.
- Verbal confirmations, WhatsApp messages, or tentative holds do not guarantee a booking.
3. Charter Usage
- The yacht must be used only for lawful purposes.
- The number of guests must not exceed the approved capacity of the vessel.
- Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the client.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
- All cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Any request for date/time changes is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The company reserves the right to decline any booking request.
5. Special Events / Peak Dates
- All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No cancellations, amendments, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Weather Conditions
- In case of unsafe weather conditions, the booking may be rescheduled at the company’s discretion.
- Refunds are not provided where a rescheduling option has been offered.
7. Delays & No-Show
- Late arrival will result in reduction of charter time without extension or refund.
- Failure to arrive will be considered a no-show and is 100% non-refundable.
8. Safety & Compliance
- All guests must comply with crew instructions and safety regulations at all times.
- The company reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if safety rules are breached.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The company is not liable for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Personal injury, unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the company.
10. Third-Party Services
- Catering, entertainment, and additional services are provided via third-party vendors and are subject to their terms and availability.
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
